🧹уборка 2-3 раза в неделю включена.
🫶очень отзывчивые и открытые хозяева индонезийцы, захаживает соседская кошка, а за шкафом живет большой геккон, который выходит подъесть немногочисленных мух и летающих муравьев.
⛔️Из минусов, которые не помешали мне и предыдущему жильцу приехать на эту виллу: петухи и кухня требует покраски.
💰И самый приятный момент: если смотреть и бронировать сегодня-завтра в течение дня, хозяева готовы сдать комнату за 4,5 млн! Воскресенье и позже, то за 5млн 🤩 + комиссия единоразово отдельно электричество, выходит 200к с комнаты.

💰And the best part: if you look and book today-tomorrow during the day, the owners are willing to rent the room for 4.5 million! Sunday and later, then for 5mn🤩 + one time commission electricity separately, comes out 200k per room.
